Refund policy

You only pay for activations that deliver a code.

Automatic refund

Each activation has a 20 minute window. If no SMS arrives in that window, the activation closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself. You do not need to ask.

Cancel before a code

While the status is Waiting for code you can cancel the activation in the console or with the API (setStatus 8). The full price returns to your credit at once.

After a code arrives

Once a code has arrived the activation is delivered and is not refunded. You can still ask for another code on the same number inside the window at no extra cost.

Credit and top-ups

• Refunds always go to your credit, not to a wallet or card.
• Credit is not paid out.
• First top-up bonus: +20% from $100, +25% from $200, +30% from $300, +35% from $500. The bonus is credit for numbers and is not paid out.
